These terms govern your use of the Celestial Drift mobile game (“the game”), published by the developer contactable at support@thesmallapps.com. By installing or playing the game, you agree to these terms.
Celestial Drift is a single-player arcade game. It is provided free of charge. This version contains no ads and no in-app purchases. You may play Endless and Daily Challenge without creating an account.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the game except as allowed by applicable law.
Sign-in is optional. If you connect Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, scores and a player name/ID may be submitted to those services for leaderboards. Those platforms have their own terms. You can keep playing if you do not sign in.
Do not cheat, automate play, or interfere with leaderboards or other players’ use of platform game services. We may reset scores or disconnect Play Games features if we reasonably believe they have been abused.
The game is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost scores, lost data on your device, or any indirect damages arising from use of the game.
We may update the game or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version is always posted at this URL.
